Shipping Insurance

We are now requiring shipping insurance for all paste wax products. 

Upon purchasing these products you will be required to select a coverage amount. Keep in mind we are not mailing you a check for the amount you select should something happen. This allows us to file a claim and get reimbursed so we can send out new products to you should there be issues with getting the product to your door in condition in which we sent it out. 

The following guidelines should be followed to file a claim:

 

1. You notice the box looks messed up on the porch or when delivered. Take pictures before moving or opening.

2. As you open it, if possible, take a short video showing you opening it up. If not possible, take as many pictures as possible. 

3. Inspect the product to see if there are damages. Unfortunately carriers are not known to be gentle with packages no matter what is written on them. We are certified IOTA/DOT HazMat shippers and everything we do meet's their standards. Sometimes boxed get damaged, but the product itself is still good. If the product is good, and you do not want to file a claim, no further action is needed. If not, go to step 4.

4. Email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of shipment being delivered. This is per our insurance coverage plan. If it is after 24 hours there is nothing we can do. 

5. We will work with you to resolve the problem. If we need to file a claim, we take care of that internally; there is nothing more you need to do.
